5.2 Contact customer service for assistance with account cancellation: You can contact us using the contact information at the end of this policy. We will verify your identity and process your account cancellation.
Please note that account cancellation is an irreversible process. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to Differ Power software with that account, and all data related to that account (including device binding, history, etc.) will be deleted.
